abstract | (57) [Summary] Objective To obtain 4- (3,4-dichlorophenyl) -3,4-dihydro-1 (2H) -naphthalinone, an important precursor in the preparation of antidepressants, from its racemic mixture on a large scale. A method for enantiomer resolution and economically, and a chemical complex of the enantiomer of the naphthalinone and a binding substance are provided. [Structure] 4- (3,4-dichlorophenyl) -3,4 A method for separating the enantiomers of dihydro-1 (2H) -naphthalinone, which comprises contacting them with a homogeneous or heterogeneous liquid mixture of solvent and water, the mixture being substantially pure. Γ without support -A method comprising a cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof, as well as a chemical complex of the enantiomer of the naphthalinone and the binding substance is disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for further enantiomer enriching the solid mixture obtained by this enantiomeric separation method, and methods for further extracting one enantiomer by solvent extraction of the resulting solid mixture. |
