abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] By combining a plurality of specific surfactants, 0.4-100 A microemulsion formulation in which aqueous phase droplets having an average particle size of nm are dispersed in an oil phase dispersion medium. In order to improve the absorbability of a physiologically active substance having low transdermal / transmucosal absorbability, the substance is allowed to exist in a dissolved state in an aqueous phase droplet of a W / O type microemulsion. [Effect] This microemulsion does not use a higher alcohol or the like that gives an unpleasant odor, and does not use a conventional absorption enhancer, and can provide a microemulsion preparation having low local irritation.
