abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A thermoplastic elastic resin and a thermoplastic non-elastic resin in which short fiber hard cotton made of thermoplastic elastic resin, which has excellent heat resistance and durability, shape retention and cushioning properties and is hard to stuff, is laminated and joined. An object of the present invention is to provide a non-woven fabric laminated structure and a manufacturing method most suitable for a cushioning material composed of a composite linear mesh body, and a product such as a vehicle seat using the non-woven fabric laminated structure. [Structure] A continuous composite linear structure in which a thermoplastic elastic resin having a fineness of 100 to 100,000 denier and a thermoplastic non-elastic resin are combined to form a three-dimensional three-dimensional structure which is fused and integrated. The heat-adhesive composite short fibers consisting of two types of thermoplastic elastic resins are three-dimensionally structured on one side of the flattened mesh body, and the contact portion is fused and integrated by the heat-adhesive component to be substantially flat. A non-woven fabric laminated structure in which the emulsified non-woven fabric is integrally bonded, a method for producing the same, and a product using the same. |
