abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To remove the plating interfering ions that accumulate in the electroless plating solution and to extend the life of the electroless plating solution. [Constitution] A plating solution in an electroless plating tank 1 is prepared by using an electroless plating solution in which a combination of a salt generated by an oxidant ion of a metal ion reducing agent and a cation of a pH adjusting agent is small in the plating solution. Is pumped out to the cooling tank or the concentration tank 3 by the pump 2, the precipitate generated there is removed by the filtration device 5, and then circulated in the electroless plating tank 1.
