titleOfInvention | Polyester water dispersion and polyester film |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A primer layer with low charge and easy adhesion can be formed, Further, the present invention provides a stable polyester aqueous dispersion and an easily-adhesive polyester film coated with the same, which is less charged. [Structure] An aqueous dispersion of a polyester in which an amorphous copolyester is uniformly dispersed in water, wherein the copolyester is prepared by adding an alkali metal salt of an organic acid added in a stage until the completion of the polymerization reaction. Polyester water dispersion containing an alkali metal element in a ratio satisfying the following formula 0.01 ≦ M / [COOH] ≦ 1, where M is the amount of the alkali metal element in 10 6 g of the polymer. (Equal amount / 10 6 g), and [COOH] is the concentration of terminal carboxyl groups in 10 6 g of polymer (equal amount / 10 6 g) and having a coating film (primer layer) formed by coating the polyester aqueous dispersion on at least one surface of the polyester film and drying the polyester film. |
