titleOfInvention | Foamable acrylic resin composition, method for producing foamed molded product and metal casting using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A blowing agent is contained in a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a methacrylic acid ester containing a methacrylic acid ester having a cyclic structure as a main component and further containing a styrene monomer mixture. A foamable acrylic resin composition which is impregnated, a foamed molded product and a method for producing a metal casting using the same. [Effect] The foamed article has higher foamability than before and does not shrink, and the obtained foamed article has a good appearance. In addition, metal castings using this foamed molded product as a vanishing model have no casting defects due to carburization, and are industrially used in vanishing model casting methods for low carbon steel applications where the casting defects due to carburizing such as high chromium steel and high nickel steel are disliked. Above all very useful. |
