titleOfInvention | Vehicle window assembly and manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The window plate can be prevented from being damaged during manufacturing and at the time of impact, and even if it is damaged, scattering of fragments can be prevented. Moreover, a vehicle window assembly and a method of manufacturing the same that enhance the adhesion between the window plate and the gasket are obtained. A window assembly in which a gasket is integrally formed of synthetic resin or rubber along the outer peripheral edge of a window plate, wherein the window plate 2 has a hard transparent material layer 2a on the outside of the vehicle and a soft transparent material layer 2b on the inside of the vehicle. The gasket 3 is composed of a laminated composite, and the gasket 3 includes a ridge portion 3b extending from the gasket body 3a formed along the outer peripheral edge of the window plate 2 so as to cover the outer surface side of the outer peripheral portion of the window plate 2, and a protrusion. A holding portion 3c extending to the back side so as to sandwich the window plate 2 with the line portion 3b. And the holding portion 3c of the gasket 3 has a soft transparent material layer 2b. A window assembly for a vehicle fixed to a vehicle. |
