titleOfInvention | Epoxy resin curing agent |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide an epoxy resin curing agent capable of giving an epoxy resin cured product having a high heat distortion temperature and excellent impact resistance and crack resistance. [Structure] A carboxylic acid ester represented by the following formula (I), a carboxylic acid ester represented by the following formula (II), and an acid anhydride have an acid equivalent ratio of (I) / (II) of 60/40. ˜90 / 10 and acid anhydride / {(I) + (I I)} is contained in an amount of 95/5 to 20/80 so that the epoxy resin curing agent (Here, each R 1 independently represents an aromatic residue or a saturated or unsaturated cycloaliphatic residue, and each R 2 independently represents an aromatic residue). |
