[Structure] A film-forming stock solution prepared by dissolving a film-forming polymer in a polar organic solvent was cast on a substrate and then immersed in a coagulation bath to dissolve a water-soluble inorganic salt in producing a porous film. Use an aqueous coagulation bath.
