[Constitution] In the presence of raw material powder and alkali, the following formula (1): N-lauroyl lysine represented by: and a fatty acid represented by the following formula (2): R 1 —COOH (2) (wherein R 1 represents an alkyl group or an alkylene group having 3 to 22 carbon atoms). A highly water-repellent and highly fluid powder comprising a film formed on the raw material powder by a reaction with a water-soluble metal salt. |
