(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a simple, rapid, specific and highly sensitive method for differentially detecting a plurality or all human herpesviruses (HHV). [Constitution] At least two kinds of HHV nucleic acids in a sample are preliminarily selected from at least two sequence groups selected from the group consisting of sequence groups A to C, and four kinds of HHV-specific amplification primers each containing an amplification primer A method for differentially detecting HHV using a specific detection probe for each HHV after amplification using an amplification primer, and a reagent therefor. |
