titleOfInvention | A new method for producing cephalosporin derivatives having optically active side chain ester |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] By using an asymmetric hydrolysis method using an asymmetric hydrolase, a cephalosporin derivative having an optically active side chain ester represented by the following general formula (1) can be obtained from a conventional method. A method that can be simply and efficiently manufactured is provided. [Structure] General formula (2) (In the formula, R 1 is a hydrogen atom or an acyl group, R 2 is a lower alkyl group, R 3 is a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, An aralkyl group or a phenyl group which may have a substituent, X represents an oxygen atom or a single bond, and Y represents a group which does not participate in the reaction) An enzyme having the ability to asymmetrically hydrolyze a diastereomeric mixture of 4-position esters of a compound represented by the general formula (2) or an inclusion thereof is allowed to act in an aqueous medium. Chemical 2] (In the formula, * C represents an asymmetric carbon atom, and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , X and Y have the same meanings as described above), and a method for producing a cephalosporin derivative having an optically active side chain ester represented by the above formula. |
