titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A solid electrolytic capacitor with a small change in characteristics is obtained by reducing the effect of heat received during infrared reflow. [Constitution] A capacitor element formed by winding an anode foil, a cathode foil and separator paper and impregnated with a tetracyanoquinodimethane complex, is formed of a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin which has a color of white, beige or light gray reflecting infrared rays. The outer coating is made of a resinous resin, and the outer coating is formed by dip coating, transfer molding, injection molding, or the like, or a resin case. |
