titleOfInvention Two-layer skin slush molding method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] In the integrated foaming, the second layer having the same physical properties as the first layer can be formed uniformly on the first layer and the material cost can be reduced. To provide a slush molding method for a two-layer skin. [Structure] A first layer material such as powdery vinyl chloride is layered on a heated slush molding die, and then a second layer material is layered on top of it to integrate the two layers. In the method of slush molding the skin 1 having a layered structure, a high-purity material was used as the material for the first layer, and regenerated vinyl chloride powder was used as the material for the second layer.
