abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a miniaturized biosensor for making a three-dimensional arrangement of electrodes and at least enabling measurement at a narrow site without lowering measurement accuracy. [Structure] A pair of electrodes 21, 22 are formed on both front and back surfaces of a porous substrate 20 on which an enzyme or an enzyme and a mediator are immobilized, and these electrodes 21 and 22 are formed on a part of the porous substrate 20. , 22 provided with an exposed portion that is not covered by the test solution and used as a contact portion 23 for the test solution. A voltage application circuit 25 for applying a voltage between the electrodes and a current detection circuit 26 for detecting a current flowing between the electrodes are provided between the pair of electrodes 21, 22. The porous substrate 20 is formed of a flexible and plastic porous polymer. |
