titleOfInvention | High efficiency fluid machine |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid machine having a gas discharge electric motor of small size, light weight, and high efficiency by simplifying the structure of a stator and a rotor without requiring an iron core or winding. [Structure] In a gas discharge motor of a fluid machine, a booster section (12b) and a low pressure section (12c ') of a stator (12). The working medium for discharge that can be permanently used is sealed in the working chamber (12a), the rotor (16) having a plurality of pressure receiving surfaces is arranged in the working chamber, and the electrode means (2) of the booster section (12b) is arranged. (0, 22) to generate a high voltage pulse to generate an arc discharge in the working medium to instantly expand the working medium, thereby giving a driving force to the rotor, thereby improving efficiency. |
