abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A propylene polymerization solid catalyst component in the form of fine powder is removed in the presence of an antistatic agent from a powdery propylene polymerization solid catalyst component prepolymerized with a small amount of α-olefin. A solid catalyst component for propylene polymerization obtained by the above. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, in the production of a propylene polymer, when a small amount of α-olefin is prepolymerized in advance to obtain a solid catalyst component for propylene polymerization, a fine powder solid catalyst component for propylene polymerization is removed. Since it is possible to suppress the generation of polypropylene fine powder in the main polymerization of propylene, it is industrially very useful.
