abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A vinyl polymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer, containing 3% by weight or more of a resin having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less in a resin in a gel permeation chromatography chromatogram. A color toner for developing an electrostatic charge image, comprising a vinyl-based resin containing a non-metal quaternary ammonium salt, a metal-containing quaternary ammonium salt having a metal complex structure in the anion portion, and a colorant. [Effect] It is possible to maintain a color image that is excellent in image quality such as image density and fog and fixing characteristics and does not cause toner scattering even during high-speed printing or repeated use for a long time. |
