titleOfInvention | Rubber composition and rubber roller for paper feeding using the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a rubber roller for feeding and a rubber composition having excellent properties such as low rubber hardness, high friction coefficient and abrasion resistance as well as weather resistance. [Structure] An ethylene propylene diene copolymerized (EPDM) rubber having an average molecular weight of 300,000 or more and an ethylene content of 60 to 80% by weight is used as a main component, and 100 parts by weight of this EPDM rubber component is used for paraffinic mineral oil or the like. The rubber composition is blended in the range of 90 to 190 parts by weight and the amount of elemental sulfur is suppressed to 0.2% by weight or less, and the rubber composition is coated on the roller surface as a rubber layer. As the softening agent, an ester plasticizer may be added in addition to mineral oil. |
