(57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] A gastric acid secretion inhibitor and an anti-ulcer agent containing a compound of the general formula (I) and an acid addition salt thereof. [In the formula, Ar is an optionally substituted aryl group, an optionally substituted aromatic group containing or not containing a nitrogen atom selected from 2-pyrimidine and 3- (1,2-benzisothiazole). Z 1 , Z 2 and Z 4 represent N or CR 1 , and R 1 and R 3 represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen, a lower alkyl group or the like. [Effect] A gastric acid secretion inhibitor and an anti-ulcer agent suitable as a gastrointestinal drug are provided. |
