titleOfInvention | Topical antifungal agent |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] To provide an antifungal external preparation which can be mixed with a wide range of water-soluble and poorly water-soluble medicinal components in high concentration, has excellent adhesion, and has a good feeling in use. [Structure] An antifungal external preparation, an antifungal cream, and an antifungal agent, which substantially comprises a homopolymer of N-vinylacetamide or a copolymer of the homopolymer of N-vinylacetamide and a polymerizable monomer, and a medicinal component. Fungal lotion, antifungal aerosol, Antifungal poultice and antifungal tape. [Effects] (1) Since the base polymer is nonionic, there is almost no influence of salts contained in a complex with a basic medicinal component or sweat, and excellent release of the medicinal component. (2) Since the base polymer has a high affinity for alcohols and a mixed solvent of water / alcohol having a wide composition is used, water-soluble and water-separating water-soluble medicinal components can be blended in high concentrations. (3) N-Vinylacetamide weakens the skin stratum corneum protein and reduces the diffusion resistance of the skin to medicinal components. |
