titleOfInvention | Antifouling clothing |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Impairing the original color and elasticity of clothing by forming a fluorocarbon-based chemical adsorption film with a nanometer level thickness on the neck 2, cuffs 3 or ankles of clothing. It has excellent durability and antifouling treatment. [Constitution] After sewn clothing, one end of a chlorsilyl group (Si A molecule containing a linear carbon chain having a Cl n X 3-n group, n = 1, 2, 3 and X is a functional group, for example, a non-aqueous system in which a chemical adsorbent containing a fluorocarbon group and a chlorosilyl group is dissolved. The neck and cuffs or ankles of the clothing are brought into contact with the solvent to cause a dehydrochlorination reaction between the hydroxyl group or imino group on the clothing surface and the chlorosilyl group of the chemical adsorbent to selectively form a chemisorption film. |
