abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] A polyester fiber that can be used as a reinforcing fiber for a high-pressure rubber hose in a closed cord and has improved adhesiveness with an ethylene-propylene rubber matrix. A manufacturing method is provided. [Structure] After twisting a polyester fiber, it is treated with a first treatment agent comprising a polyepoxide compound and a vinyl pyridine / butadiene / styrene terpolymer rubber latex, and then a resorcin / formalin / rubber latex (RFL), A compound obtained by co-condensing parachlorophenol and resorcin with formaldehyde, which is a ternary copolymer rubber of chlorophenol compound, vinyl pyridine / butadiene / styrene as a main component, which is composed of trinuclear, pentanuclear and heptad. It is treated with a second treatment agent comprising a rubber latex in which the ratio of the latex to the polybutadiene rubber latex is 1/4 to 1/2 (weight ratio) and a blocked isocyanate compound is added as a crosslinking agent.
