abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] (A) Polyamide resin 40 to 90% by weight, (B) ABS resin 5 to 50% by weight, and (C) Aromatic vinyl, vinyl cyanide and α, β- A caster molded article comprising a resin composition comprising 3 to 20% by weight of a modified vinyl copolymer comprising an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a shell portion comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. [Effect] The caster molded product of the present invention is required for casters to have impact resistance of the weld portion of the core portion, adhesiveness of the core portion and the shell portion, abrasion resistance of the core portion, moldability of the core portion. It is excellent in practical use and has a very high practical value with little color unevenness between the non-weld part and the weld part. The manufacturing method of the present invention also has a simple manufacturing process and is excellent in productivity. |
