A rumen bypass preparation for ruminants, comprising a biologically active substance in a molded product having a water-insoluble synthetic thermoplastic polymer or copolymer and an acid-soluble substance. [Effect] Feed pellets containing the lumen bypass formulation can be mass-produced using a pellet mill.
