titleOfInvention Polyacetal resin composition
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a polyacetal resin composition which is particularly excellent in residence heat stability when a coloring pigment is mixed with a polyacetal resin and has a remarkably small mold deposit attached to a mold. [Structure] When blending a color pigment into a polyacetal resin, 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of a liquid hindered amine compound (A) is added to 100 parts by weight of the polyacetal resin to form a surface of the pelletized polyacetal resin. After wetting it, melamine (B) 0.05- 5.0 parts by weight, 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of a polyamide copolymer, and a coloring pigment are added and melt-kneaded. [Effect] When a colored polyacetal product is produced, it is possible to obtain a polyacetal resin composition which is particularly excellent in retention heat stability during molding such as injection molding and has a remarkably small mold deposit attached to a mold.
