(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a porous sheet having excellent stretchability, moisture permeability, water pressure resistance and the like, and a method for producing the same, and vaporizing and releasing absorbed body fluid without leaking to cause stuffiness. To provide an absorbent article which is free of wear and which provides a gentle wearing comfort and a comfortable wearing feeling. A porous structure characterized in that regions (a) having no elasticity but moisture permeability and regions (b) having no moisture permeability but elasticity are arranged alternately in multiple rows.
