To provide an absorbent article which is free of wear and which provides a gentle wearing comfort and a comfortable wearing feeling. A porous structure characterized in that regions (a) having no elasticity but moisture permeability and regions (b) having no moisture permeability but elasticity are arranged alternately in multiple rows. A sheet, a method for producing the porous sheet, and an absorbent article using the porous sheet.
