Etc.), its transformation method, a DNA isolate encoding PP14, recombinant PP 14. A fragment thereof, PP14 bound to a small molecule (progesterone, etc.), and a method of using the PP14 for the treatment of immune system diseases (allergy, autoimmunity, inflammation, etc.) and infertility and for preventing miscarriage. [Effect] The recombinant expression vector enables mass production of PP14. Recombinant or isolated / purified PP14 binds to progesterone or other small molecules and transfers the molecules to target cells.
