abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a method for producing frozen products of golden-colored butter prawns and a golden-colored butter prawns snack food obtained by the method. [Structure] Golden-colored butter shrimp is a frozen product after removing the head and skin of fresh shrimp, wrapping it in a cream base, coating it with egg soup and breadcrumbs, and molding. This product can be fried and eaten in vegetable oil. The cream base is made by blending solid butter, flour, milk, vegetables and fish and shellfish.
