abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A single sample automatic separation device separates samples so that a large number of separation and analysis modes can be selected. [Structure] A first column C1 for pretreatment, a second column C2 for concentration, and a third column C3 for analysis are respectively piped (t 1 to t20), six pipes (V1 to V6) for switching the flow paths are provided in these pipes, and pumps (P1 to P3) for sending the mobile phase to the column. Is provided, and a large number of separation analysis modes can be selected and performed by automatically controlling the pump and the valve.
