[Chemical 1] [Effect] When polymerization is performed using the emulsifying dispersant of the present invention, the stability of the resulting emulsion and the physical properties of the polymer film obtained from this emulsion are excellent. Also, Since the emulsifying dispersant of the present invention is unlikely to remain in the waste water after separating the polymer, the waste water load can be reduced.
