abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] An object of the present invention is to provide a technique for effectively preventing non-specific adsorption of BNP to a container wall or the like. [Structure] The present invention comprises the amino acid sequence of human natural BNP, Lys 3rd, Lys 27th, Arg 30th, Arg 31st, A peptide in which His at position 32 is substituted with a non-basic amino acid, and its use are provided. The peptide of the present invention maintains the immunological properties of natural BNP even after substitution of amino acids. [Effect] While maintaining the immunological properties of natural BNP, Only non-specific adsorption can be effectively suppressed. By using this peptide for immunological measurement, the effect of improving the reliability of the measured value and improving the sensitivity can be obtained.
