abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] With a very simple structure, the endoscope can be inserted and withdrawn in a short time without causing pain to the patient, and the examination time can be completed in about 15 minutes. An auxiliary device for a mirror is provided. [Structure] An endoscope insertion portion 12 having both ends opened along the longitudinal direction is formed in the center of the soft tube 11, and a liquid injection pipe 15 communicating with this is attached to one end of the soft tube 11. A coil 13 for reinforcement is provided on the inner wall of the endoscope insertion portion 12, and this auxiliary device 10 for colonoscopy is used. Is inserted into the sigmoid colon 3 of the large intestine 1 and water is forced into the soft tube 11 to inflate it to straighten the sigmoid colon 3.
