(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a large amount of imitation potatoes that have a chewy texture peculiar to boiled potatoes and can omit the processes from heat treatment to peeling and forming of potatoes in a simple and convenient manner. [Effect] Add a gelling agent to a mixture of potato flakes and vegetable fibers or a mixture of potato flakes, vegetable fibers and starch to cause gelation. |
