abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To obtain an elasticity imparting agent for paints, which comprises a non-aqueous polymer dispersion liquid which improves scratch resistance without lowering the acid resistance of the cured film when added to the paint. [Structure] (a) 40 to 90% by weight of an organic solvent, (b) 10 to 50% by weight of a particle component composed of a vinyl-based copolymer containing 30% by weight or more of a structural unit represented by the following formula, and (c) a component b. A non-aqueous polymer dispersion liquid containing 5 to 40% by weight of a dispersion stabilizer for dispersing a in the component a is added to the paint.
