titleOfInvention | Method for producing propylene block copolymer |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for stably producing a propylene block copolymer excellent in rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance and the like in a system substantially free of an inert organic solvent. To do. [Structure] (A) Solid catalyst component essentially containing Mg compound and Ti compound, (B) Periodic Table IA, IIA, II In a system substantially free of an inert organic solvent in the presence of a catalyst composed of at least one compound selected from organometallic compounds of Group B, IIIB and IVB metals, and (C) an electron donating compound, In the block copolymerization of propylene and ethylene, in the polymerization step (I), Polymerization in which the reaction ratio of propylene alone or ethylene and propylene is 15/85 or less in weight ratio is carried out so as to be 30 to 95% by weight of the total polymer, and the polymerization step (I In I), the polymerization in which the reaction ratio of ethylene and propylene is 20/80 or more by weight is carried out so as to be 5 to 70% by weight of the total polymer, and the surface tension is adjusted with the surfactant (D). A method for producing a propylene block copolymer, wherein controlled water is added after the completion of the polymerization step (I). |
