A thermosetting resin composition containing a bisalkenyl-substituted nadiimide represented by the following formula or having 1 to 3 hydrogen atoms thereof substituted with a hydroxyl group, and a maleimide compound. [Chemical 1] (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 are independently selected hydrogen or a methyl group, n is an integer of 0 or 1, R 3 and R 4 may be the same or different, and are alkylene having 1 to 5 carbon atoms.
