titleOfInvention Non-sintered nickel positive electrode for alkaline storage battery and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To improve the utilization rate of the active material in the non-sintered nickel positive electrode to which cobalt hydroxide powder is added. [Structure] As a cobalt hydroxide powder to be added to a non-sintered nickel positive electrode, the (001) plane peak in X-ray diffraction was used. By using β-type cobalt hydroxide powder having a half width of 0.4 degree or more, it is possible to effectively improve the utilization rate of the active material by adding cobalt hydroxide. Also, The cobalt hydroxide powder can be produced by introducing a cobalt salt aqueous solution and an alkaline aqueous solution into the same tank, controlling the pH in the tank within a range of 9 to 13, and precipitating the mixture.
