abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a polyolefin flame-retardant crosslinkable resin composition having high flame retardancy and excellent secondary processability without using a halogen-containing compound. [Structure] 100 parts by weight of polyolefin resin, 0.5 to 3 nitrogen-containing compound of the general formula (1) or (2) 0 parts by weight and 3 to 100 parts by weight of the polyphosphate ester compound, and the weight ratio of the nitrogen-containing compound to the polyphosphate ester compound is 1:40 to 1: 1. At least 1 of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 in the general formula (1) R is a group having an ethylenic double bond at the terminal, 1 , R 2 and R 3 may be the same or different. ] At least 1 of R 4 , R 5 and R 6 in the general formula (2) R is a group having an ethylenic double bond at the terminal, 4 , R 5 and R 6 may be the same or different. ]
