abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] It is an object to provide a nasal solution containing emedastine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. [Structure] (a) emedastine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (b) an average molecular weight of about 11,500 and a copolymerization ratio of 7 A polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer of 0:30 and (c) an average molecular weight of 10,000. A nasal drop effective for the treatment or prevention of allergic rhinitis, which comprises a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer having a copolymerization ratio of 80 to 20 and between 1 and 16000. [Effect] The nasal solution of the present invention has excellent absorbability and long-acting effect, The administration is easy and the discomfort caused by administration is improved.
