(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a thermoforming method for improving the thermoformability of a polyester sheet and efficiently producing a high-quality thermoformed container. A thermoforming method characterized in that a polyester sheet having a main repeating unit of ethylene terephthalate and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5 to 1.2 is made to absorb 0.4% by weight or more of water and then thermoformed. |
