titleOfInvention Method for measuring the degree of skin keratinocyte damage
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] In order to enable diagnosis of the skin condition of patients with atopic dermatitis while determining the therapeutic effect, A method for easily and non-invasively measuring the degree of skin damage is provided. [Structure] Skin keratinocytes are attached to a tape coated with an adhesive substance soluble in an organic solvent, and the tape is attached so that the adhesive surface of the tape is in contact with a coloring plate coated with an adhesive in advance. The tape is peeled off from the colored plate by dissolving the adhesive substance with to fix the corneocytes on the colored plate, and the morphological characteristics of the corneocytes are microscopically observed using the obtained corneocyte preparation.
