(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method of maintaining and improving the original detection sensitivity and measurement range of the luminescence of the dot blot method and eliminating the inconvenience of operation. [Structure] The target substance is detected by performing a ligand-receptor reaction of the target substance to be detected on the porous membrane, then performing a luminescence reaction, and measuring the intensity of luminescence generated from the porous membrane. In the method, a method for detecting a substance by a luminescence reaction on a porous film, and a device therefor, in which the intensity of light emitted from the upper surface of the porous film is directly measured by a photodetector equipped with an integrating sphere. |
