abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a process cartridge in which the photosensitive drum and the cleaning blade can be replaced easily and accurately. [Structure] A process cartridge C is disassembled into four large units including an upper frame 1, a primary charging unit 2, a developing unit 3 and a cleaning unit 4. Furthermore, each unit is disassembled into details. The process cartridge C is reconfigured after the replacement of other consumables, cleaning of members, adjustment of members, and the like, including the photosensitive drum 41 and the cleaning blade 45 that have deteriorated due to long-term use. No special tools are required for disassembly and assembly. further, The cleaning blade 45, the discharge wire 22, the developing sleeve 33, and the like, which need to be arranged with respect to the photosensitive drum 41, can easily ensure the necessary accuracy only by performing predetermined assembly.
