titleOfInvention | Method for producing vinyl chloride resin foam having an uneven surface |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Composition] A foamable resin composition containing a particulate epoxy group-containing vinyl chloride resin having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 5 μm, an organic foaming agent having a decomposition temperature of 100 ° C. or more, and a plasticizer. Coating an ink composition containing a curing agent for an epoxy resin on the surface of a base material that has been heat-molded at a temperature lower than the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent, and then heating at a temperature not lower than the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent to foam. As a result, a vinyl chloride resin foam having an uneven surface is manufactured. [Effect] A vinyl chloride resin foam having a surface with a clear uneven pattern can be efficiently obtained with high productivity. Further, it is extremely effective for the production of a vinyl chloride resin foam having an uneven surface having an inorganic texture. |
