Radiation curable acrylated polyurethane oligomer composition |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] Polyether diol and polyether triol are pre-blended in a molar ratio of 0.9: 1 to 1.1: 1, and this blend is reacted with an organic diisocyanate and a hydroxyalkyl acrylate or methacrylate. A radiation-curable composition comprising the obtained acrylated polyurethane oligomer. An aliphatic or alicyclic diisocyanate is used as the organic diisocyanate. The reactants are reacted in the following proportions: 1 mol of diisocyanate is reacted with 1 hydroxyl group of the polyether diol and triol, and 1 mol of hydroxyalkyl acrylate or methacrylate is reacted with 1 mol of diisocyanate. The average acrylate or methacrylate functionality of the resulting composition is 2.4 to 2.6. [Effect] This radiation-curable composition has excellent curing response and can form a film exhibiting good abrasion resistance and tensile strength after curing. |
