abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing a water-absorbent resin having excellent salt resistance, a low content of soluble components, and high safety. [Structure] The present invention comprises 20 to 100% by weight of a (meth) acrylic acid ester-based monomer (A) and a monomer (B) copolymerizable with the (meth) acrylic acid ester-based monomer (A). When polymerizing a monomer component consisting of 80 to 0% by weight in an aqueous medium in the presence of a polymerization initiator and a crosslinking agent, first, the polymerization is initiated at a temperature lower than the cloud point of the polymerization system. It is a method for producing a resin. |
