abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a sheet for hydroponic cultivation, in which hydroponics of plants can be easily carried out by using containers such as empty cans and bottles. [Structure] The sheet member 12 is formed of a material having water absorbency and water retention such as cotton, a holding area 16 is formed on one end side, and an empty can or empty bottle is formed on the other end side. An insertion area 22 that can be inserted into the container 18 from the opening 20 of the container 18 is formed. The seeds 14 are held in the holding area 16 of the sheet member 12.
