titleOfInvention | Non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Constitution] In a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery using a carbon material for the negative electrode 1 and a lithium-transition metal composite oxide for the positive electrode 2, the non-aqueous solvent comprises a cyclic carbonate and a chain carbonate. A mixed solvent containing 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of cyclic ester having an ether bond is used. [Effect] This non-aqueous solvent has high conductivity and acts to suppress an abnormal reaction during overcharge. Therefore, the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery using such a non-aqueous solvent has a high energy density and exhibits good charge and discharge cycle characteristics, and the temperature rises significantly when the device is broken or misused. High security can be obtained. |
