(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide an anticoagulant solution used in a chemical treatment technique of blood and an instrument used therefor. Composition The anticoagulant solution must contain sodium citrate in a concentration sufficient to prevent the coagulation of blood samples used in chemical processing, ie blood samples injected into the device. The anticoagulant solution based on sodium citrate must have a pH value range greater than 6.0 and less than about 8.5 and a sodium citrate concentration of about 0.05M to about 0.2M. . |
